AGM 5 October 2009

Did you not hear what I said?”

The difference between what we think we said and what another person believes they heard can be vast.
At our AGM, our guest speaker, Caroline Murphy, discussed the secrets of communication, how it works, why and when it doesn’t and how we can improve both our own and our children’s.

Caroline Murphy is well known for her presentation of ‘It Says in the Papers’ on Morning Ireland. During a long career in RTE, she produced and presented many programmes on parents and parenting. In 2002, she left RTE to study Psychology and now works as an Organisational Psychologist, specialising in communication training. Caroline has six children, ranging in age from 22 to 10.
