The 2nd and 3rd Year Parents Evening Networking Meeting on 8th February 7.45 pm was a great success. Declan Coyle of Andec Communications, presented on the topic of "Motivation To Achieve Peak Performance" The Powerful Role of the Self-Image for Teenager and Parents.

Declan's presentation was both inspiring and entertaining and gave us lots to think about. Being positive, living in the here and now and undersanding that "it is as it is as it is" were key messages. We all left with a sense of the importance of awareness of the present and visualisation of the future; and of the need for both acceptance and optimism in our own lives and in the lives of our teenage daughters.

Declan Coyle

Declan is a director of Andec and one of Ireland’s most internationally experienced Business & Sales Training & Development consultants. He is also much sought after as a Conference Key Note speaker.

He has delivered specialist programmes on personal, management, sales and organisational development to clients in Ireland, the UK, Holland, Germany, France, Hungary, Ukraine, USA, Hong Kong, Thailand and Australia.

His unique use of tools such as NLP to focus Management and Sales Teams on goals and to maintain consistently high levels of motivation and success is underpinned by harnessing the unique power of individual personality styles using the Enneagram Model. He compounds this with the Red & Green Platform System, which he developed and which has revolutionised the way of thinking in companies where he has worked.

Declan has worked with Government Ministers, government departments, semi-states, multi-national companies, SME’s and charities.

His success as a key motivator for Business Leaders has in recent years been harnessed in the sports arena where he has given regular goal setting and focus sessions to a number of GAA teams including the Kerry, Cork (Football) Tipperary (Hurling), Down, Offaly and Wicklow teams. Declan is himself a former Ulster Championship medal winner who played senior football with Cavan.

Declan has written and produced many articles and videos on management, leadership, sales strategies, communications, teamwork and change management. He is fluent in a number of languages including Mandarin and has two Masters degrees from post-graduate work in Canada.Declan is a member of the Irish Institute of Training and Development. He is also a Master Practitioner in NLP and a certified Enneagram teacher.
